Privately held Triten Corp. is led by experienced executives who are officers in the company and members of the board of directors. Since 1972, the Triten board has also included distinguished executives from outside the company. The current board consists of three internal management members and four outside directors:

Mr. Arnoldy has been with the company since 1972. The only son of the company founder, he began as a salesman, later became a sales manager and then progressed to division manager for the Overlay Products group in 1977. He was promoted to president of the parent company in 1981, chief executive officer in 1990 and chairman of the board in 2001. In 1995, he co-founded the International Alliance Group (IAG), the largest operating subsidiary of Triten Corporation.

Mr. Baumgartner joined Triten Corporation in 1974. Beginning as a salesman, he was promoted to sales manager in 1978. In 1986, he was promoted to general manager of the company’s TAPCO Valve subsidiary. While in that role, he co-founded the International Alliance Group of Triten Corporation (IAG), for which he now serves as the executive vice president and chief operating officer. Mr. Baumgartner has served on the Triten board since September 2006.

Mr. Bainter joined the company in 1979. Previously, he held accounting and management positions with other companies, including serving as secretary and treasurer of Sline Industrial Painters (1973-1979) and as controller for the Belmas subsidiary of the International Systems and Controls Company (1967-1973). Mr. Bainter has served on the Triten board since September 2006.

Since 1999, Mr. Amonett has led Champion Technologies, a nearly $1B Houston-based provider of specialty chemicals and related services to the international oilfield production and processing sector. After beginning his career as a lawyer with the Fulbright and Jaworski law firm in Houston, he served as president of Houston Oilfields (1982-1986) and Reunion Resources (1992-1996), interim president of Weatherford Enterra (1996-1997) and as the CEO of ARS (American Residential Services), a group of residential services companies (1997-1999). Mr. Amonett has served on the Triten board since September 2006, and is the head of the compensation committee.

Huff International
In addition to leading Huff International, the advisory and capital management company he formed to invest in new technology for the energy industry, Mr. Huff is chairman of the board of Oceaneering International, where he served as chief executive officer from 1986 through 2006. Previously, he served as president and CEO of Western Oceanic (1972-1986), a worldwide offshore contract-drilling company. He has been on the Triten board since January 1994, and serves on the audit committee.

Crestwood Midstream Partners LLC
Along with leading Crestwood Midstream Partners, a partnership with First Reserve Corporation that pursues, acquires and develops North American midstream energy assets, Mr. Phillips also serves on the board of directors of Pride International, Inc. (NYSE:PDE) one of the world’s leading deepwater drilling companies. He is a member of Pride’s audit committee and is chairman of its independent review committee. Previously, he served as CEO and a director, of Enterprise Product Partners, LP, one of Houston’s largest companies and the largest energy midstream publicly traded master limited partnership in the US from 2004-2007. Prior to that, he served as chairman and CEO of Gulf Terra Energy Partners (1999-2004) and president of El Paso Field Services of El Paso Corporation (1996-2004). Before that he was chairman, president and CEO of Eastex Energy Inc. (1981-1995), which he sold to El Paso Corporation. Mr. Phillips has served on the Triten board since September 2006, and is chairman of the audit committee.

Mr. Wilkinson has more than 30 years of senior management experience in engineering and construction and energy-related industries, including 18 years at CRSS, where he was CEO from 1982 to 1996. Between 1996 and 2000, Mr. Wilkinson served as interim president and CEO of two NYSE companies in various states of duress, successfully turning them around for their ownership and/or their banks. Mr. Wilkinson has served on the Triten board since December 1990, and is a member of the compensation committee.
